Changshu Jiamei Metal Products Co. Ltd. is an export-oriented enterprise specializing in the production for metal wire shelves, display racks, logistics cart and trolley, located in Suzhou, adjacent to Shanghai.
Jiamei was founded in April 1997, with continuous efforts and development, Jiamei now has three factories, with covering an area of 57,000 square meters, more than 500 employees and nearly 100 professional technicians. The turnover in 2018 was 43 million US Dollar, 95% for exporting, mainly for US market, Germany and other European countries.
Jiamei has full set of production lines for wire, tube and sheet metal products, including five high-efficiency wire drawing lines, six production lines for wire shelving, many working areas for certain type of products, automatic line for posts, Robot welding, 3D forming machine, 3 powder coating lines, 3 plating lines, and many packing lines etc. Most of products are produced by using conveyor or in a certain area, which is high efficiency ,employees are fixed in their position so that they can be well-trained and skilled.
Jiamei has mature and completed management system, with professional and strong management team. ERP system was started to use in the beginning of 2019. Core members are all with more than 15 years of experiences in metal products industry. Middle management and above are stable, in low flow rate. All front workers are full of enthusiasm to their jobs. Employees who are from different places all cherish the opportunities of working together. They treat each other with respect and sincerity.
Jiamei is ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO28000, SEDEX and NSF certified. We have been focusing on not only quality control, but also social responsibility, including environmental protection, employee health and safety. In January 2017, we invested 3 million RMB to build a high-efficiency solar power facility which can generate 400,000kW electricity annually. We pay high attention to employee trainings to improve their capability. Continue automation improvements on wire drawing and Robot welding, etc. Adopt non-phosphate process for powder coat lines. Obtained Sedex and ISO28000 certification.

2017: Invested solar powder, improved air pressure system.

2010-2015: Automation improvements on wire drawing, wire shelving and post production, and packing. Expanded working area. Built the third lines for powder coat and plating.
2009
Became IKEA supplier and started to supply goods to IKEA stores all over the world. Got ISO14001 certification.

Obtained SA8000 certification.

Newly built packing workshop and warehouse, with? area of 7000 square meters

Purchased plating factory and reconstructed, covering area of 5000 square meters, with two automatic plating lines.

Official sell the second generation discharge system

1997 Formally registered "Changshu Jiamei Metal Products Co.,Ltd", expanded working area to 5000 square meters, developed supermarket and warehouse used shelving, entered into big supermarkets in domestic market and Xinhua bookstore.

Set up "Changshu Wangzhuang powder coat factory", with 1000 square meters of working area, and started to make some wire grid.
